Terms of Service

These Terms of Service and Licence Terms are an agreement between you and CrZVRC. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a CrZVRC VRChat asset or related material (collectively, the Assets), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, access, or use the Assets.

Definitions​

  • Personal account means the VRChat account registered to the individual purchaser.
  • Licensed project means the specific project, organization, or community approved in writing by CrZVRC under a Commercial Licence.
  • Commercial Licence means a licence expressly confirmed by CrZVRC in writing before or at purchase. A standard purchase does not create a Commercial Licence.

Licence Grant​

Subject to these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, CrZVRC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Assets only as permitted by the licence type you purchased. CrZVRC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Assets, including all intellectual-property rights.

Your licence continues unless it is terminated under these Terms. No ownership of the Assets is transferred to you.

Personal Licence​

Unless CrZVRC has granted you a Commercial Licence, your paid Assets are governed by this Personal Licence. You may use the Assets only in VRChat worlds uploaded to your Personal account.

  • No sharing: You must not give, share, transfer, lend, publish, or make the Assets or your licence key available to a person who has not independently obtained a valid licence. This includes community staff and project team members.
  • Modifications: You may modify the Assets as necessary for your own permitted projects. Modified Assets remain subject to these Terms.
  • No resale or redistribution: You must not resell, redistribute, share, or publish any part of an Asset—whether original or modified—including its code, prefabs, materials, source files, or other content. You must not sell a complete world containing our Assets.

Commercial Licence​

Commercial Licences are intended for organizations, large projects, or communities that require permitted use across multiple accounts within the same entity or collaboration among several developers.

  • Eligibility and scope: You must contact CrZVRC before purchasing a Commercial Licence to confirm eligibility and the Licensed project scope. The Commercial Licence permits use in approved collaborative environments, such as version control, and in worlds not stored on one individual’s Personal account, only within that Licensed project.
  • No asset commercialization: A Commercial Licence does not permit reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing an Asset itself. It covers use only within the Licensed project or organization.
  • World prefabs and commissions: You must obtain CrZVRC's explicit written permission before including an Asset in a world prefab or a paid world commission.

If a Commercial Licence’s written terms conflict with these Terms, the written Commercial Licence controls only for that conflict and only for the Licensed project.

Derivative Works and Add-ons​

We welcome custom add-ons, UI themes, and script extensions that interact with our systems.

  • Dependency only: Your product must function as a dependency on the original Asset. Your customers must acquire the original system directly from CrZVRC.
  • No repackaging: Your downloadable package must not contain any original CrZVRC scripts, prefabs, materials, or other Assets.

Refund Policy​

Because the Assets are digital products that may include downloadable source files and licence keys, purchases are generally final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support and Communication​

Technical support, bug reports, and general support communication are handled through our official Discord server. We are not obligated to provide support through direct messages or email. By registering your licence, you consent to receiving product updates via email.

Privacy​

We process information necessary to sell, deliver, register, and support the Assets, which may include purchase information, licence keys, and the VRChat User ID used to register a licence. Our processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Licence Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms, including by unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or use outside the licence scope. Where reasonable, we may give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach; we may act immediately where necessary to protect the Assets, users, or our rights.

On termination, you must immediately stop using the Assets and delete or destroy all copies in your possession or control, including modified versions, except where retention is required by law. We may disable the associated licence key. A termination caused by your breach does not entitle you to compensation or a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Fair Review Policy​

We value community feedback and rely on honest reviews to improve our products.

  • Relevant feedback: Reviews should be based on the reviewer's genuine experience with the Asset, its quality, functionality, or features.
  • External factors: Reviews should distinguish issues with an Asset from external factors outside our control, such as VRChat client updates or third-party store outages, where possible.
  • False or abusive content: We may report or request moderation of reviews that are demonstrably false, unlawful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise violate the applicable store's rules. Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's ability to share an honest opinion or genuine experience.

Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Assets after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law and Severability​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
